A friend asked for a knife with a scandi grind – so naturally I waited about two years and then I made it. The knife has many blemishes even for my low standards, and the “sheath” is very rudimentary. But done is better than perfect, this one is going out the door today and that is what matters right now.

Steel is Sleipner at 60 HRC, wood is Palisander Santos, brass hardware.
